Orthomolecular Recovery

This is a 5 Week intensive outpatient substance abuse rehabilitation program. It addresses the most basic health issues that addicts often experience in addition to the mental health, behavioral, environmental and personal problems that co-occur with addiction. This is a shortened version of our standard medical package and includes 3 months of free progressive recovery care upon successful discharge.

This orthomolecular addiction recovery program is the first and best drug and alcohol treatment program offered at Arche Wellness. Designed to offer the most comprehensive addiction treatment available, the orthomolecular addiction recovery program provides more than traditional drug rehab including extensive laboratory testing, IV infusions, nutrient injections, supplements, individual counseling and much, much more. This addiction treatment program addresses common health issues that addicts experience such as hypoglycemia, fungal infections, hormone irregularities, vitamin deficient depression and other biochemical deficiencies and abnormalities. This flagship package is offered within an 8 week intensive outpatient program and 6 months of free progressive recovery care upon successful discharge.

This program is designed to provide the extensive medical support necessary to stabilize prescription drug withdrawal, address addiction related chronic health issues and provide assistance with emotional or behavioral deficiencies due to prolonged prescription drug abuse (sleeping pills, anti-anxiety medications and psychotropics). This enhanced medical package is a 10 week intensive program and includes 12 months of free progressive recovery care upon successful discharge.

A note about prescription drug dependence, benzodiazepine addiction and recovery.
Many patients are unaware of the severe, addictive nature of anti-anxiety and sleep medications. Dependence and addiction to benzodiazepine anti-anxiety drugs, sleep aids and psychotropic medications are more biochemically and cognitively disruptive and require substantially longer treatment periods than addiction to heroin, cocaine and other illicit drugs. We have provided a list of highly addictive anti-anxiety medications to raise awareness of benzodiazepine addiction and encourage prevention. Arche Wellness currently offers the only long-term benzodiazepine addiction recovery program in the state of Pennsylvania. This addiction is one of the most difficult to recover and requires an extensive biochemical and behavioral treatment program to be effectively resolved. In some cases, the biochemical damage of benzodiazepine addiction can reach a point beyond repair.

Recommended for patients who desire a completely isolated treatment experience and no contact or interaction with other patients.
